About this Role
As part of our energetic, hardworking and welcoming team, you will enthuse and motivate pupils to strive for success, whilst supporting the development of a positive learning environment for all children within the school.
We are seeking someone who can:
- Support the delivery of exciting learning opportunities that help the children to enquire and be inspired by the world around them
- Create opportunities for all learners to reach their potential, irrespective of their starting points
- Support children in class, group and individual activities, both indoors and outdoors.
- Assist in monitoring children's progress, assessing achievement and recording results and observations, sharing outcomes with the class teacher
- Maintain a safe and positive environment for all learners
The successful candidate will:
- Thrive on challenge and making a difference to children’s lives
- Be a good communicator, able to build rapport with children from a variety of ages, abilities, and backgrounds
- Be flexible, adaptable, and consistently demonstrate a positive ‘can-do attitude’
- Exude enthusiasm and the ability to ‘think outside the box’ - can work dynamically and responsively to the needs of pupils and the wider school
- Show a commitment to the happiness well-being, self-esteem, and progress of everyone at the school
