Salary: £45,726 - £54,738
Grade 13-15
35 hours per week. All Year Round
We wish to appoint to this 11-19 multi-cultural school specialising in The Sciences and Sport, a Personnel Manager. This is an exciting and varied leadership role within HR providing relevant and appropriate HR support to all stakeholders, whilst driving best practice and ensuring compliance with all organisational procedures, policies and employment legislation. The Personnel Manager will also provide some support for the Primary school within the Grand Union Multi Academy Trust and will have the opportunity to help develop common ways of working across the Trust as relates to HR Policy.

Experience needed:
The successful candidate must have a collaborative approach with an excellent working knowledge and understanding of employment law and best practice. You will also have excellent interpersonal, influencing and communication skills.
The successful candidate will be CIPD qualified, minimum Level 5, and be able and willing to work towards Level 7 (or equivalent). In addition you will have an ability to organise and manage a varied workload, research & interpret relevant HR reports as well as initiate, maintain & develop effective working relationships at all levels.
