Afterschool Care Supervisor
15 hours per week, working 38 weeks per year

Working pattern: Monday to Friday 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm
PS5 (£25,483 FTE). Starting pro rata salary £8,900
We are seeking to appoint a caring, enthusiastic, and highly motivated Afterschool Care Supervisor to oversee our afterschool provision at Fetcham Village Infant School. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of our Afterschool Care, line managing staff to deliver high quality provision of healthy food and varied activities for children aged 4-7 years. You will be responsible for maintaining children's safety, welfare and proper conduct during the afterschool period.
The ideal candidate will:
Have experience of working with primary aged children
Have experience of leading a team
Possess strong organisational and communication skills
Be hardworking, calm and patient
Have the ability to plan and coordinate stimulating activities for young children
Understand food hygiene and safety standards/regulations
Have a caring and respectful attitude
Be able to work flexibly and use their own initiative
