The successful individual will have the opportunity to progress and grow within a well-respected company with the position of an Office Administrator potentially available at the end of the apprenticeship for the right candidate.

The job role is varied but the main duties will include:

You will be responsible for gathering and recording evidence for your apprenticeship and attending any lessons, training sessions or assessments arranged by your training provider or Supervisor

Undertake reception duties, including answering the telephone and face to face Make outbound calls to customers providing updates throughout the process

Undertake reception duties, including answering the telephone and face to face enquiries and assist visitors within signing in and directing them to the appropriate location

Assist with pupil welfare duties, liaising with parents and staff

Assisting with arrangements for visits by the school nurse, photographer etc. and recording on electronic diary as appropriate

Handling inbound enquiries

Input data from referrals onto the system

Thorough checks of workers invoices, checking for errors and discrepancies

Inputting invoices onto the system

Ensure that all financial transactions are properly recorded, filed, and reported

Supporting finance manager with keeping track of outgoing payments

Records management

Support and Training will be provided throughout.

You will be working towards a nationally recognised Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner Standard, with potential progression onto the Level 3 upon completion.
