School Meals Supervisory Assistant

Hours: 7:5 per week  Monday - Friday - Term Time Only)

Salary: Grade BG3 £22,954 pro rata per annum (Actual salary £3,890 per annum)

Start date: As soon as possible

Fishponds Church of England Academy are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic school meal supervisory assistant (SMSA) to supervise, guide and assist our fantastic children during the lunchtime break. You will need to ensure the safety, general welfare and proper conduct of pupils during this period and ensure that lunchtime is an enjoyable social time of the day.

We have invested in a Scrapstore Playpod and the children are using the scrap and other play equipment in our playground to play more actively and creatively.    

Your role would include supporting children by helping them play together, use their imagination and learn to manage their own risks.
