School Business Manager 

Location: Charlton Wood Primary Academy and Fonthill Primary Academy 50:50 

Contract: Permanent, Full Time, All Year-Round

Salary: BG12 - BG13 (£41,511 to £48,710 DOE)

Hours: 37 hours p/w, Mon to Fri 08:00 - 16:00

We're looking for an experienced and forward-thinking School Business Manager to join our friendly teams, overseeing the business operations across two primary schools in North Bristol. This is an essential role supporting our growing Trust.

As our newest School Business Manager, we invite you to lead the integration and alignment of the schools through effective collaboration with the School Leadership Teams to efficiently manage people, finances, and resources. Your role as an operational leader and business manager will be pivotal in ensuring these schools thrive and provide the necessary support for their communities.

Our School Business Managers work closely and collaboratively with networking meetings and termly in-person collaboration meetings with representatives from the central services.

You are required to have a full driving licence as you will be required to drive between the schools within our Trust.

Fluency Duty

The ability to converse at ease with pupils, parents and other users of the service and provide advice in accurate spoken English is essential for the post.
