Four Acres Academy is looking to appoint an enthusiastic and well-motivated class teacher who will join our committed and successful team. The successful candidate will be hard-working, flexible, creative and driven to providing the highest standards for our pupils. All our classes have a teaching assistant assigned to them. The successful candidate will have good interpersonal skills and the dedication to work as part of a team.
Our school has a determination to improve the lives of our children and uses positive relationships effectively to deliver this ambition. Candidates will be expected to show how they are able to develop positive relationships with pupils and our committed staff.
This is a fantastic opportunity and the post would be suitable for experienced practitioners as well as early career teachers, who would be able to benefit from our successful and supportive Futura Learning Partnership ECT Induction Programme.
Four Acres Academy is a 60 pupil entry primary school with capacity for 483 pupils aged 2-11 (including a 2 year old nursery provision with 108 places). Staff work in Key Stage group teams to collaboratively plan and deliver high quality lessons. All teachers are supported by teaching assistants and our support staff play a critical role in securing outstanding progress in pupils’ learning. We have amazing grounds, a forest school area and great resources. We have recently had an Ofsted inspection, which was deemed good, with outstanding for personal development
The successful candidate will:
