We are seeking a dynamic, solutions-focused leader to join our Senior Leadership team. This is not just a deputy role; it is a pivotal opportunity to work alongside our Headteacher, Nicola Dawson, to drive "inclusion by design" and ensure every child, regardless of background reaches their full potential.

Your Strategic Impact as Deputy Headteacher, you will hold a major role in formulating our school's future.

You will be a driver for our key improvement priorities, including: Excellence in Outcomes: Ensuring at least 90% of pupils achieve Age Related Expectations (ARE) in RWM and Year 1 Phonics.

Closing the Gap: Leading initiatives that eliminate the attainment gap for our Pupil Premium children.

Culture of Attendance: Driving whole-school attendance to 96% or higher.

Teaching Framework: Implementing our evidence-informed teaching and learning framework to ensure "exceptional" outcomes across all phases.

Who We Are Looking For:

You are a collaborative leader with Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and proven experience in a primary setting.

You should be: 

A Visionary Practitioner: Someone who can establish and sustain high-quality, evidence-based teaching across all subjects.

An Inclusive Champion: Passionate about SEND and ensuring the curriculum is accessible to every learner.

A People Leader: Capable of inspiring staff professionalism while remaining mindful of workload and wellbeing.
