 Frome College has an exciting opportunity for a Head of English. We want to hear from you if you are a committed, dynamic and innovative English Faculty Leader or an experienced and aspiring Subject Leader looking for the next stage of your career. An enthusiastic Literacy champion, you will be passionate about leading your team to achieve excellence in both attainment and assessment for all students – implementing and improving systems and raising overall standards.

The successful candidate will be:

• Experienced in teaching GCSE and A Level successfully to a high standard.

• Have vision, drive and a determination to succeed.

• Can create a learning environment which encourages inclusion and positive outcomes for all.

• A great sense of humour and ‘positive can do’ attitude.
