We are seeking a responsible and safety-conscious individuals to join our Lifeguard team at Tewkesbury Academy, supporting the smooth and secure operation of our swimming facilities. You’ll be part of a committed team that ensures a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for all pool users, while delivering a high standard of service across the facility.
About you:
You will have:
- a current NPLQ (National Pool Lifeguard Qualification) is essential
- a strong awareness of safety procedures and the ability to respond swiftly and effectively in emergency situations.
- excellent attention to detail and the ability to remain alert while supervising pool users.
- a team-oriented approach, with the flexibility to work shifts including evenings and weekends.
- a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the facility.
- strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and approachable manner when engaging with the public.
