Executive Assistant to Director of Education

The Executive Assistant to the Director of Education is an exciting and rewarding role and will present the successful candidate with the opportunity to help make a difference to thousands of children and young people across our schools.
This role will require someone who already has significant experience as an Executive Assistant/Senior PA supporting management at a senior level. We are looking for someone who can really hit the ground running.
The ideal candidate will have outstanding inter-personal skills with the ability to communicate confidently, intelligently and effectively both verbally and in writing, with a range of stakeholders and be able to provide a full and comprehensive Executive Assistant service to the Director of Education (DoE) and School Improvement (SI) Team. With exceptional all-round administrative skills, including the ability to evaluate and contribute to the continual improvement of systems you will be a self-starter, proactive and professional. You will also be asked to lead on projects within the scope of the role.
The ability to deal with sensitive information with the utmost discretion and to maintain confidentiality at all times is a must.
You will have effective time management skills and be experienced in prioritising complex workloads. You will need to exercise appropriate judgement on behalf of the DoE and SI team and be proficient with the key MS Office programmes.
