Salary: Grade 4 – Site Assistant (£22,369 to £22,777 FTE)
Grade 5 – Senior Site Assistant (£24,054 to £25,878 FTE)
Location: Four Acres Academy (near Bristol/Bath)
Contract: Full-time, 37 hours per week, all year round
Term: Permanent
This role offers a great opportunity for the right candidate. We are looking for someone who has the skills and attributes to join the site team based at Four Acres Academy on a full time basis, and on occasion providing services across all the local schools.
You will need to:
- Be self-motivated, reliable and have a flexible approach to work
- Have an understanding of Health and Safety
- Have a professional, confident and can do approach to work
- Have the practical skills/experience and/or qualifications to be able to undertake the role effectively
- Be flexible over working pattern as the hours/days may change to suit the business needs and to ensure staff cover.
- Be willing to support schools in the wider area to cover absences and learn from other schools.
- Either have or be willing to undertake a course to achieve a MiDAS qualification (Minibus Driver Awareness Scheme)
