Salary: Grade 4 SCP 7-8, £20,092 - £20,493 full-time salary
(Actual pro-rata salary £14,892 - £15,189)
Location: Keynsham (near Bristol/Bath)
Contract: Part time 32.5 hrs per week (working pattern negotiable)
Term: Permanent, Term Time Only plus 2 days
This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated, enthusiastic and suitably qualified individual to join our science team as a science technician. Ideally you will have a specialism, or good knowledge, of biology, however this is not essential.
We are seeking to appoint a dynamic and experienced person to carry out a range of duties that will contribute to the effective delivery and development of excellent practical lessons in science, whilst working with our experienced technician team.
The successful applicant will be expected to work flexibly and efficiently and to be able to work to frequent deadlines. The post will involve physical activity including lifting and carrying as well as basic IT tasks.
