We are looking for an experienced Area Estates Manager to join our Premises team. Working with our schools based around Bridgewater/Clevedon, you will be responsible for all aspects of site management including line management of the site team. As you will also oversee other school sites within the Trust this is an ideal opportunity for candidates looking to progress their career in a multi-site environment.
The successful candidate will have hands on experience of buildings and grounds maintenance and compliance, be a natural leader and communicator, and be able to demonstrate resourcefulness and a flair for ‘getting things done.’

You will need to:
- Be self-motivated, reliable and have a flexible approach to work
- Have a good understanding of Health and Safety
- Have a professional, confident and can do approach to work
- Have the practical skills/experience and/or qualifications to be able to undertake the role effectively
