Term: Part-time 22 hours, Permanent, Term Time Only + 5 INSETS days

Part of Futura Learning Partnership, Aspire Academy is a special school for children with SEMH identified as their primary need. As the school grows, with an exciting £2m development we are looking to appoint an outstanding member of staff to support families to improve student attendance. This is a new role in the school and one that offers an exciting opportunity to support our amazing children to access education and achieve the best possible outcomes.

The successful candidate will:

• be experienced and/or interested in SEN practices and provision with extensive knowledge of how attendance processes in schools
• have a great deal of enthusiasm and can motivate and inspire all pupils to engage in learning
• have excellent communication skills and build positive relationships with young people and families
• be flexible, proactive and positive
