Salary: Grade 6 SCP 18 to 22 FTE £25,419 to £27,514
(Actual salary range £12,924.95 to £13,990.20)
Location: Frome Road, Bath
Contract: Part time 22 hours per week
Term: Permanent, Term time only plus 5 INSET days

Aspire Academy is a special school for children with SEMH identified as their primary need. As the school grows, with an exciting £2m development we are looking to appoint an outstanding member of staff to work with Looked after children, support families and improve student attendance. This is role offers an exciting opportunity to support our amazing children to access education and achieve the best possible outcomes.
The successful candidate will:
- be experienced and/or interested in SEN practices and provision with extensive knowledge of how attendance processes in schools
- have a great deal of enthusiasm and can motivate and inspire all pupils to engage in learning
- have excellent communication skills and build positive relationships with young people and families
- be flexible, proactive and positive
