The Meadows Primary School wish to appoint a Teaching Assistant to join our dedicated team. We need an outstanding TA who will be able to deliver high quality learning activities to small groups, support learning within a class or be able to deliver interventions for individuals. This is a role that would be working Monday to Friday from 8.30am – 3.30pm, one hour for lunch. We currently need a TA to work alongside our new Reception class of 22 children.

The Role

We require an adaptable, experienced, enthusiastic and highly motivated TA with good literacy and numeracy skills to play a leading role in the development of our children in EYFS.

We Are Looking For:

A person who can build an extremely strong rapport with children. You will be a positive role model for all the children, supporting them to be the best they can be. You will need good communication skills and have the ability to be flexible, supporting learning where it is needed.
