Woolavington Village Primary School is seeking a motivated, values-driven Head of Inclusion to join our team. This is an exciting senior leadership opportunity to lead on inclusive practice across the school. With an exciting year ahead, including plans to develop our own inclusion base, this role offers the chance to make a real and lasting impact.

About You

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Lead and champion inclusion as part of the senior leadership team
  • Brings energy, commitment and creativity to their work
  • Is proactive and drives collaboration, building and valuing teamwork and the contributions of others
  • Has qualified teacher status, SENCO qualification and a proven track record in leading SEND provision
  • Shares our belief that every child deserves the very best opportunities
