We’re looking for someone who:
- Lead and champion inclusion as part of the senior leadership team
- Brings energy, commitment and creativity to their work
- Is proactive and drives collaboration, building and valuing teamwork and the contributions of others
- Has qualified teacher status, SENCO qualification and a proven track record in leading SEND provision
- Shares our belief that every child deserves the very best opportunities
