MIS Attendance Administrator

(£20,443 to £20,852 ) FTE (£14,919 to £15,217 actual pro rata salary)
Location: Bedminster Down School (near Bristol/Bath)
Contract: 32 hours plus
Term: Term Time Only plus 2 INSET days
Bedminster Down School is looking to appoint an excellent Attendance Administrator. This is an exciting opportunity to join a newly formed attendance team, where you will work alongside both an Attendance Improvement Manager and Attendance Improvement Assistant, to provide support on the creation and maintenance of data systems within the school and to maintain accurate attendance information, communicating with parents and prioritising safeguarding tasks.
The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, enthusiastic and resilient with good attention to detail and the ability to work to a high standard. We are looking for a highly organised individual who is able to remain calm under pressure. We are looking for a team player with a ‘can do’ attitude with the ability to look for solutions and take responsibility for their area of work.
