Pastoral Support Worker

Start: 01/07/22

Salary: Grade 6 (SCP 18 to SCP 22)

(£25,419 to £27,514 ) FTE (£21,449 to £23,217 actual pro rata salary)

Location: Bedminster Down School (near Bristol/Bath)

Contract: 37 hours per week

Term: Term Time Only plus 2 INSET days

Bedminster Down School is looking to appoint an energetic and experienced pastoral support worker. This is an exciting opportunity to join an established team, where you will work alongside other pastoral staff, to support students in achieving their full potential by providing academic, emotional and behavioural support. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, have superb people skills as well as being resilient and reflective. We are looking for a team player with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
