This is an opportunity to join Meadows Primary School, a thriving, supportive school at the heart of the community. Futura Learning Partnership is at an exciting stage in its development. The Trust currently comprises of fourteen schools with more planning to join and is moving towards its vision of being a truly inclusive provider of 4-19 education in East Bristol and Bath.

Zest Childcare, part of Futura Commercial Services are looking for lively and enthusiastic person to join our Zest Childcare Team based at The Meadows Primary School (Bitton). This role is for hours to be allocated for our successful Holiday Club. The hours can be negotiated and are based on need of the provision. There will be opportunity for additional hours within our After School Club and Breakfast Club provision if we have staff absences. Wrap-Around Play Assistants organise, plan and take part in play activities with the children within our care. You will supervise the children efficiently whilst ensuring the children are happy and safe at all times.

The working hours are agreed based on availability but the Holiday Club runs from 7.45am – 6.15pm each day and has split shifts if that is preferred.

Level 2 Childcare or equivalent qualification would be an advantage as would a paediatric First Aid qualification, although you do not necessarily need qualifications as we will invest in your training if you can demonstrate the right attributes for working with children.

Futura Learning Partnership is a partnership of schools which span the Bristol - Keynsham - Bath area that are working together to provide a high quality educational experience for all students in their care and be a truly inclusive provider of 3-18 education in the area. We will be merging with The Clevedon Learning Trust on 1 March 2023 to form a new larger Trust comprising of 28 schools, serving 11,600 pupils, located in Bath & North East Somerset, South Gloucestershire, South Bristol, North Somerset and Somerset.
