Chestnut Park School has an exciting opportunity for a Playworker to join our team to provide care for children in our Pre-School and School during lunch periods, with the additional flexibility to require support within Breakfast or After-School Club sessions.
The postholder will inspire trust and confidence from children during lunchtime; encourage high standards of pupil behaviour at all times; initiate activities appropriate to the age of the children and support children with collecting and cutting up their food where necessary.
Previous experience in a school setting would be an advantage but is not necessary, as training can be provided
