Contract: Part time, 35 hours per week, Term time only, plus 5 Inset days

Aspire Academy is a special school for children with SEMH identified as their primary need. As the school grows, following an exciting £2m development we are looking to appoint an outstanding HLTA to work with classes, small groups and individuals as well as delivering aspects of the curriculum to these groups.
You must be passionate about working with children and young people with additional needs and enjoy being part of team that supports students in order to help them to achieve the best outcomes and live positive, fulfilling lives.
The successful candidate will:
be experienced and/or interested in SEN practices and provision with knowledge of how to meet the needs of pupils with SEN
have a great deal of enthusiasm and can motivate and inspire all pupils to engage in learning
have excellent communication skills and build positive relationships with young people
be flexible, proactive and positive
be prepared to deliver lessons to groups of children and young people

Futura Learning Partnership is a partnership of schools which span the Bristol - Keynsham - Bath area that are working together to provide a high quality educational experience for all students in their care and be a truly inclusive provider of 3-18 education in the area. We merged with The Clevedon Learning Trust on 1 March 2023 to form a new larger Trust comprising of 28 schools, serving 11,600 pupils, located in Bath & North East Somerset, South Gloucestershire, South Bristol, North Somerset and Somerset.
