Futura Learning Partnership is looking for a Talent Acquisition Assistant to join our central Talent Acquisition team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a busy environment, and is keen to develop their skills in supporting recruitment activity across the Trust.
The role plays a key part in supporting recruitment across our schools, working closely with colleagues to ensure a positive, efficient and well-organised experience for candidates and hiring managers. You’ll support the recruitment process from preparing job adverts and communicating with candidates, through to coordinating interviews and supporting accurate record-keeping.
Over time, the role offers the opportunity to build confidence in core recruitment activities, with scope to take on additional responsibilities as skills and experience develop.

About you
We’re looking for someone who:
- Enjoys providing high-quality administrative and coordination support
- Communicates clearly and professionally with a wide range of people
- Is organised, reliable and able to prioritise tasks in a busy environment
- Is confident using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and Teams)
- Has experience in an administrative or customer-facing role
- Has an interest in recruitment and supporting a positive candidate experience
- Is keen to learn, open to feedback and motivated to develop new skills
- Shares our values and commitment to safeguarding and inclusion
What you’ll be doing
- Supporting the promotion of vacancies, including preparing adverts and helping to share opportunities through channels such as the Trust website and social media.
- Communicating with candidates, responding to queries and coordinating interview arrangements
- Keeping application information and recruitment records accurate and up to date
- Supporting interview administration, including scheduling and candidate communications
- Assisting schools with recruitment-related queries and process guidance
- Working collaboratively within the Talent Acquisition team to provide a consistent service
- Supporting compliance with safer recruitment, GDPR and Trust policies
