Your Role in Building Brighter Futures
As An Early Years/Pre-school teaching assistant at All Saints CofE Primary School, you will play a key role in contributing to the delivery of Futura’s mission statement of “Building the brightest future for all, enabling every individual to flourish”. We are looking for an individual who is passionate about living our values and making a positive impact on all the young people in our Trust.
All Saints CofE Primary School is set in the beautiful Swiss style valley in Clevedon with All Saints Church. As Early Years / Preschool Teaching Assistant Practitioner you will be responsible for:
Supporting pupils, ensuring safe access to learning
Promoting inclusion
Supporting pupils learning while responding to individuals needs
Monitoring and evaluating children’s progress through observation and recording against pre-determined learning objectives
What you will bring to Futura
We are looking for an enthusiastic, dynamic Teaching Assistant with good knowledge of Early Years who:
Qualifications: Level 3 Childcare, Paediatric First Aid qualified (training can be provided)
Experience: Previous experience in Pre-school settings is desirable
Skills: A good knowledge of Early Years progress and development
Demonstrates a passion for creating a supportive and inclusive environment for all members of our school community.

Key Information:

- Actual Salary Grade 3 Scale Point 5 :
- Basis: Full time term time only 32.5 hours, no insets
