We are seeking to appoint a Head of Year to the existing support staff team. The successful candidate will lead and manage a year group, support and challenge students to continually improve in all aspects of daily school life, and work as part of a dedicated and successful existing Head of Year team. This support staff position plays a vital role in enabling students to work hard, to conduct themselves exceptionally well and to have the very highest ambitions for themselves.
Experience working with students, families and pastoral school staff is an advantage; however, the most important attributes are energy, tenacity, a positive approach and a belief that every child at the academy has the ability to succeed.
