The Grange is seeking an HR Administrator to deliver local HR services within the Academy, including payroll preparation, recruitment, on-boarding and first line HR advice. Acting as a point of contact to employees on site, maintaining confidentiality and respect whilst adhering to policies, procedures and regulatory framework.
This is an exciting, diverse and fast-paced role. Experience in both HR and the education sector is preferred, but training can be provided to the right candidate. Support is available from the Shared Services HR Business Partner as required.
