To provide effective and efficient administrative services for the running of the office and related areas, in addition to delivering first class administrative support to the Principal.

The role requires a dedicated, knowledgeable professional who is able to successfully support the smooth running of the administrative service whilst upholding the Trust’s core purpose and values. Candidates will need to be highly organised, pro-active and self-motivated with excellent communication skills and attention to detail. The post holder is required to act in a professional manner at all times, demonstrating confidentiality and discretion. Contact with a wide range of students, parents, teachers, other staff and visitors will be an everyday part of the role and will require flexibility and strong interpersonal skills.

The role will comprise:

1. Serving as HR admin for the school.

2. Supporting the smooth running of the school’s administrative function.


Duties will include general office administration, HR duties and overseeing the smooth running of the school’s administrative function.
