Pimlico Academy is an Outstanding rated school based in Pimlico. We are looking for an experienced Reprographics Administrator/Admin Officer to provide support to the administration team with printing and copying, covering where necessary and picking up ad hoc admin duties where required. This is a varied role which will enable the ideal candidate to turn their hand and hone their skills in areas across the back office.

You will:

• Be experienced working as part of a busy administration team

• Have a good understanding of SIMS to assist administrative team where required

• Have experience ordering copying and printing supplies and managing orders

• Be highly organised, pro-active and self-motivated with excellent communication skills and attention to detail
