Job Title: Secondary Data Analyst | Exams Officer

Responsible to: Secondary Data & Analytics Lead

Contract: Term Time only + 3 weeks

Salary: £29,544 FTE

THE ROLE

Phoenix Academy is seeking an ambitious Data Analyst and Exams Officer to join our ever improving school on a fixed term contract with a view to potential permanent.

Your main duties will include:

To perform all activities in regard to school data and examination administration. To ensure that all MIS systems are utilized effectively including for recording student details, attendance, assessment, timetabling and examinations. The continual development of the MIS and associated systems. Compliance to all internal and external regulatory requirements including termly student census returns and JCQ Examination rules. Ensuring timely and accurate recording of data including pupil data, examination entries and results.
