Exceptional people skills, flexibility and energy, together with a willingness to go the extra mile are essential. This post would suit somebody looking for their first promotion or an individual with previous leadership experience. Computing is taught to all students in Years 7,8 & 9 and as an option subject to GCSE following the OCR Computer Science course. You will lead and oversee the delivery of Computing at KS3 and KS4 with a focus on continuous improvement and development of a rigorous and robust curriculum.

Lead the continual development of the Computing curriculum
To provide high-quality teaching and learning that supports students to make rapid and sustained progress
To work as part of a strong middle leadership team that drives the improvement priorities of the school
