Glebelands is seeking to appoint an exceptional, innovative and inspirational leader with the passion and enthusiasm to fulfil a key role in the school as Leader of Digital Learning & Head of Computing. Exceptional people skills, flexibility and energy, together with a willingness to go the extra mile are essential. As Leader of Digital Learning you will be responsible for the schools digital learning strategy across all curriculum areas. As a whole school role you will also liaise with the Senior Leadership Team to ensure that school priorities are met. Computing is taught to all students in Years 7,8 & 9 and as an option subject to GCSE following the OCR Computer Science course. You will lead and oversee the delivery of Computing at KS3 and KS4 with a focus on continuous improvement and development of a rigorous and robust curriculum.

Job Purpose:

To lead the Digital Learning strategy across the school

Lead the continual development of the Computing curriculum

To provide high-quality teaching and learning that supports students to make rapid and sustained progress
