PREMISES MANAGER

36 hours per week, 52 weeks p.a.

Learning Partners Support Pay LP8 £35859 to £38724 p.a

with additional 5 hours per week, 52 weeks p.a. for locking responsibilities

Additional hours = £4980 to £5378 pa.

Glebelands School is a community secondary school for students between the ages of 5 and 16. We have recently joined Learning Partners Academy Trust and you will be joining us at an exciting stage in the school's development.

We are looking to appoint a reliable, self-motivated and well organised person to take on the responsibility of Premises Manager for the school. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dedicated team of staff who are committed to providing the best possible education for our students.

The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of premises management in order to deliver safe, secure, clean and well-maintained learning environment, to support student outcomes and staff well-being. We will be undertaking a range of building projects over the coming years and experience of working in a building environment or experience of a trade will be a significant advantage. We are looking for a committed team player with high standards and excellent organisational and technical skills. You will have the ability to effectively lead on all premises related matters, contribute to the strategic development of our estate and provide excellent customer service to our school communities.

This is a permanent post, working 36 hours per week, all year round. You will be entitled to 26 days annual leave, as well as an additional 8 bank/public holidays. The shift pattern will be discussed at interview but a degree of flexibility will be required. You will be required to open the school in the early mornings as part of the role. The salary range is £40839 to ££44102 including the additional locking hours, depending on experience.
