We are seeking to appoint an outstanding Teaching Assistant, who will play a key role in supporting children to meet their educational needs, ensuring outstanding learning. This is an opportunity to be part of a dedicated and nurturing team and we can offer Part Time or a Full-Time role.
What we are looking for
• Is passionate about developing our pupils
• Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Is able to motivate and encourage the children
• Enjoys working as part of a team
• Will positively promote inclusion and have high expectations for all children
• Is self-aware, reflective and keen to improve their practice with high aspirations both for themselves, their children and the school
• Ideally hold a HLTA qualification but not essential as training could be provided

The Details
Pay scale: Associate 2 FTE: £20,809 - £23,363
Pro rata Salary: £16,340p.a.
Hours of work: Full time 8.30am to 3.30pm (part time can be discussed at interview)
Term Time: 39 weeks per year (including INSET days).
Start Date: ASAP
