We are recruiting for an experienced administrator who has a confident, professional and friendly manner who is able to remain calm under pressure and work using their own initiative.
You will work within our friendly central administrative team to ensure the administrative needs of the school are carried out in a professional and timely manner and act as a point of contact between parents and teaching staff.
Key tasks will include carrying out administrative requests from teaching staff members, organising parents’ evenings, school trips and events, sending correspondence from the school to parents, compiling orders for resources and organising ad hoc catering for meetings and events.

Hours: 20 hours a week, 39 weeks of the year, 4 days per week (working pattern tbc)
Salary: GLF Associate 2 £18,000 to £21,100 (£8,603 to £10,037 pro rata)
