Are you an aspiring teacher or experienced TA/HLTA looking for a Cover Manager position?
The Beacon School in Banstead is looking to appoint an enthusiastic and dedicated Cover Manager to organise and administer cover lessons for all teaching staff during staff absences and to work within a team of highly motivated and talented individuals.
This role will be well suited for candidates who are looking to start their career in education, experienced teachers looking for flexibility, TA/HLTA’s or gap year students from universities. We are interested in hearing from all candidates, no matter what point in your career you are currently at, and welcome flexible working arrangements. The role also involves working with the Data Manager to provide efficient administrative support for ensuring student records are effectively and efficiently maintained.
You will be organising a team of cover teachers to ensure there is effective cover supervision for lessons on a regular basis, and providing stability and continuity for students whose lessons are affected by short-term teacher absence.

Pay Scale: GLF Associate Staff, Specialist
Working hours: Term-time, Part-time (up to 32.5 hours per week)
Annual Salary: £22,500 FTE (pro-rata for working 32.5 hrs per week £17,474)
