We have a great opportunity for an efficient, organised an experienced person to support our children at Hardwick School within the Banbury Cluster of GLF schools, through delivering planned lessons in the role of Cover Supervisor

Core Purpose & Qualities

The Cover Supervisor will support with the smooth operation of the school through delivering planned lessons. Responsibilities include delivering lessons based on pre-prepared work to a class, managing the classroom environment to promote good behaviour for learning, and liaising with teaching colleagues on their return to promote good continuity for the children.

Adaptability, resilience and the ability to think on your feet are essential in this varied and evolving role, as will an ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of people.

The ideal candidate will have the skills to:

• Work well as part of a team, as well as being self-motivated and able to work independently

The Details

School: The Banbury Cluster of Schools, initially based at Hardwick

Start Date: As soon as possible

Salary: £15,921 starting actual salary (£20,500-£23,814 FTE)

Hours: Total of 32.5 hours/week, 39 weeks per year (term time +1 week)

Contract: Permanent

Job Expires: Friday 10th December 2021 9am
