Your opportunity:
This is a fantastic opportunity to work with and support our children and families. Offering intervention, signposting , support and guidance, you will work closely with outside agencies to develop strong partnerships and positive working relationships with our families and children. You will become an integral part of our safeguarding team and be supported by the school leadership team.

What we're looking for:
- Someone to identify children and families who may need additional support.
- Carry out Thrive and Jigsaw family sessions
- Help parents and children in accessing external support and the local community
- Assist in monitoring the child's progress
- Experience in a Safeguarding preferable
- A confident and clear communicator with parents and outside agencies
- An excellent role model to children, colleagues and parents, exemplifying our core principle of kindness
- A positive, open-minded professional actively supportive of the ethos, vision and values of the school
- A member of the team who can build strong relationships with parents, children and staff
About Forge Wood Primary School
Our School sits within a newly established cluster of schools, overseen by a Regional Director. Along with Forge Wood our cluster includes the following other schools; Southgate Primary School, Kilnwood Vale Primary School, Greenway Junior School, Salfords Primary School, Lime Tree Primary School, Merstham Primary School.
This is an exciting opportunity to work collaboratively with colleagues across this cluster, to share expertise and experience, ensuring all children in our schools receive an excellent education and reach their potential. The Details
Hours: 34hrs 45mins per week (flexibility on hours and times for the right candidate)
Monday, Tues, Thurs, Fri 8.15 - 3.30 Wed 8.15- 4.30
Term Time: 39 weeks per year (including INSET days).
Salary: GLF Associate 3, point 10 Actual Salary, £21,774 (FTE £26,221)
