We are seeking a highly experienced Head of Service Delivery (IT and digital) who will set the vision and strategy for service management, ensuring processes are owned and maturing across the Trust. You will lead a team, ensuring adequate resources and capacity and represent the IT service management function at a senior level.
We can offer flexible working arrangements including staggered start / finish times, and hybrid working. This post can be based at any of our Trust offices (Horsham, Caterham, Banstead, Camberley or Banbury).

What we are looking for
- Proven experience in IT management and service design, following a framework such as ITIL.
- A minimum of five years experience in service delivery in a complex and distributed environment.
- A strategic thinker who takes ownership and displays initiative
- A positive individual that can build relationships and influence key stakeholders.

Salary: £51,000 FTE
Hours: Full time - 36 hours, 52 weeks a year
Start Date: ASAP
