We are seeking an HLTA to support our nurturing and established primary schools in Cheam and Banstead. Cuddington Croft and Warren Mead Schools Partnership are expanding their team where the successful candidate will provide support for the teaching staff and to aid the children’s learning in both small group work and individual learning.
What we are looking for
Warren Mead Schools Partnership and Cuddington Croft are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and experienced HLTA with the skills and knowledge to support children in all stages of primary education.
The successful candidate will be qualified and committed to supporting children to achieve the absolute best they can through an engaging and creative curriculum. You will be prepared to work hard and respond positively to the challenges of day-to-day school life. We are looking for people who have a strong belief in teamwork, can be innovative and creative within their role.
You will be required to work across both schools as required.

Our School sits within a newly established cluster of Primary schools, overseen by a Regional Director. Along with Cuddington and Warren Mead, our cluster includes the following other schools; The Vale Primary School, Banstead Infant School, Danetree Primary School and Floreat Wandsworth Primary School.

The Details
Start Date: ASAP
Salary: GLF Specialist point 1 FTE £24,982
Actual Salary: £22,238.11
Hours of work: 37.25 hours per week, 39 weeks per year, Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday 08.15am – 4.00pm and Tuesday 08.15am – 5.00pm
