We are looking to appoint a Lettings Coordinator to lead on the administration of booking enquiries for the hire of our school facilities to third parties.
The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the premises team with managing the operational arrangements for each letting ensuring the school is always represented to its highest standard. It is important that the candidate has a professional and welcoming manner at all times, as they will be dealing with external companies on a daily basis. As a key holder for the school, it is essential that the candidate is trustworthy and reliable. High levels of communication are required across a variety of different stakeholders, including the premises team, administration team and the finance team.
The hours that require covering are Monday- Friday evenings (5 pm - 9.15pm) and weekends (Saturday 8am-8.15pm and Sunday 9am to 8.15pm). This can be achieved by 1 successful candidate or several. Salary: Associate 2 £18,000 FTE
Annual Leave: 26 days per year plus bank holidays
