We are seeking to appoint an experienced, enthusiastic and proactive Office Administrator to join our hard working and dedicated team in the school office.
Your opportunity
An opportunity has arisen for an Office Administrator to provide administrative support as a member of the school’s admin team. This varied role will give the successful candidate an opportunity to learn all aspects within the department, developing their knowledge and skills. They will be prepared to work hard and respond positively to the busy day to day school life and be a strong team player.
The successful candidate will have experience of working in an administrative role and should have good communication and organisational skills. Due to the nature of the post, they will need to be flexible in their work ethic and willing to help the rest of the team. Experience of working in a school office would be desirable but not essential.

• Have GCSE Math and English or above
• Be dynamic, enthusiastic and motivated
• Be able to develop positive relationships
• Be able to stay calm and objective when presented with unusual or challenging behaviour and circumstances

• Be a confident and clear communicator with to the whole school community

The Details
Start Date: 1st September 2023
Pay Scale: GLF Associate 2 pro rata salary £16247.60
Contract: 35 hours per week worked between 8.00am – 4.00pm Monday to Friday
