Your Opportunity
We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic office administrator to join our friendly school office team at Kilnwood Vale Primary School.
An individual who can offer a flexible approach to the demands of the busy school environment. This varied role includes providing financial and administrative support to the school office team, tasks include raising requisitions, overseeing our external lettings, dealing with deliveries and updating our school website.
You will be required to use a variety of computer software and databases so good IT skills is essential.
This role offers the opportunity to develop your knowledge and skills, through learning all aspects of the school office.
Experience of working in a school office is desirable but not essential.

About Kilnwood Vale Primary School
We opened our doors to reception and nursery children for the first time in September 2019. Each year the school will increase its age range, adding an additional year group until it is an all through primary school in 2026. We are proud of our school and the amazing facilities, inside and outside the classroom that will allow us to deliver our exciting and enriching curriculum. The Details:
Hours: 20 hours per week, Monday - Friday 11.00am - 3.00pm
Term Time: 39 weeks per year (including INSET days).
Salary: £9,380 actual (FTE £19,627)
