Are you an efficient administrator looking for a term time role where you can support the children in our wonderful school?

Your Opportunity

We have an opportunity for an experienced and proactive administrator to join our friendly, welcoming and busy team, as part of a job share. Providing administrative and finance support as well as being a professional first port of call to all parents and visitors to the school.

What we are looking for

  • Strong literacy skills and excellent communication.
  • Good organisational skills and the ability to remain calm when juggling priorities.
  • Demonstrable IT skills in a range of software including Microsoft Office and database packages such as SIMS.
  • A flexible and positive team player with a good sense of humour.

The Details

The role is part of a job share that enables our school office to be supervised from 8.15am - 4pm Monday to Friday. The ideal working routine would be Wednesday, Thursday and Friday morning although there could be some flexibility with the agreement of the current post holder.

Start Date: As soon as possible

Salary range: £18,000 - £21,100 (Full Time Equivalent), plus benefits including Local Government Pension Scheme.

Pro Rata Salary: £8,388 - £9,832
