We have a fantastic opportunity for a confident, friendly & flexible individual to join our administration team as part time school receptionist working Thursday and Friday.

Your opportunity

This is a busy and varied role for someone who is pleasant and welcoming and has the capacity to remain calm and cope with the unexpected.

You will be highly organised with good general ICT skills, be able to remain professional when handling confidential material, be an excellent communicator and ideally, have experience of working in a busy office environment within a school setting. You will be responsible for providing a professional and friendly point of call to all parents and visitors to the school, ensuring all queries are dealt with effectively and efficiently.

What we are looking for

The successful candidate will be a friendly, hard-working and motivated individual who will work as part of our administration team taking the role of receptionist in our busy school office.

Cuddington Croft is a two-form entry primary school catering for 3 to 11 year olds, with just under 500 children on role. We are very well resourced having the benefit of an indoor swimming pool, a playing field and numerous IT and curriculum based resources.

Pro rata Salary: £6,022

FTE Salary: £18,000

Hours of work: 14 hours Thursday and Friday 8.00am to 3.30pm, term time + INSET 39 weeks /year
