We are looking for a highly organised and motivated individual to join our team as Student Services and Medical Lead. The Student Services and Medical Lead plays an integral role within our school. The key responsibilities of this role are to ensure the smooth running of student services provision, ensuring the needs of our students are being met, along with leading the medical and first aid provision.
Your Opportunity
The successful candidate will support the school by carrying out the day-to-day running of the student services provision. This will include supporting students to ensure their school day runs as smoothly as possible. You will also be required to support with delivering First Aid when needed, along with maintaining accurate and up to date records of any students with medical needs, including supporting with administering and recording any regular medications. You will be responsible for specific projects, such as organising staff first aid training, and maintaining records of First Aiders within the school.
As this role requires both clerical and administrative duties, someone personable, highly organised and with an exceptional attention to detail are all qualities we will be looking for.
The successful candidate will be expected to respect the need for confidentiality that exists when working in a school environment.

The Details
Start Date: As soon as available
Salary: £18,648 (£20,809 FTE)
Hours of work: 37.5 hours per week / 39 weeks per year (Term time plus Inset)(Mon - Fri 08:00am - 16:00pm)
