Your Opportunity
We are looking to recruit a high performing and passionate Teacher of Economics, to start in September 2025. There is a TLR available for an outstanding candidate who can demonstrate the ability and capacity to undertake the role of Lead Teacher of Economics. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced or newly qualified practitioner to make a considerable impact on the remarkable students at Rosebery and make a significant contribution to our cohesive and supportive community. The Business & Economics Department is ambitious, friendly and supportive, committed to professional development, learning from each other and sharing good practice, in order to create a positive learning environment for our students who work hard and want to do well. The successful candidate will have a passion for sharing their expert subject knowledge and consistently inspire young people to be confident and engaged students of business and economics.
What we are looking for
- Teach Economics to students of all abilities in Years 12 and 13
- Teach Business Studies and/or another EBacc subject to an appropriate Key Stage
- Someone who can deliver lessons which enrich and engage all students taught
- An enthusiastic and motivated team member, committed to team success
- The ability to motivate both students and peers, with a drive to achieve excellent student progress.

The Details
Salary Scale: Main Range/Upper Pay Range London (Fringe). Opportunity for a TLR as Lead Teacher of Economics.
Contract type: Full or part-time, permanent
Start Date: September 2025
