Lime Tree Primary School are looking for a new 1-to-1 Teaching Assistant to enable us to support growth and learning. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
• Supporting the child with their educational and social development.
• Assisting the child with intimate care needs sensitively and respectfully.
• Collaborating with teachers, parents, and healthcare professionals to deliver tailored support.
• Encouraging the child’s independence and confidence within the classroom and beyond.
What we are looking for
• Someone with good General Education including English and Maths at GCSE at Grade C or equivalent.
• Experience in providing assistance to children with additional needs in education
• An effective communicator and has the ability to remain professional and maintain confidentiality at all times.

Salary: £23,240.00 FTE
Actual Salary: £18,604
Hours of work: Term Time Only – 33.5hrs per week
