We are looking for an enthusiastic, versatile and positive team player able to join our Estates Team in the role of Facilities Contracts Officer.
Your opportunity
Reporting to the Estates Director, and working as part of the Trust Estates team, you will lead on the setting up, management and mobilisation of specified facilities and maintenance contracts across the Trust. You will collaborate with the Business & Operations Procurement team contributing to the outsourcing of new Trust-wide facilities contracts.
This is a fixed term contract for 12 months, and during this period, your primary focus will be on the mobilisation of the Trust’s external cleaning contract. The responsibilities may also include other facilities contracts as capacity allows.

This will be a hybrid post, with opportunities to work from home and at one of our base offices in Banstead, Horsham, Camberley and Banbury,
What we are looking for
We are looking for someone who has:
- A minimum of two years experience of managing facilities service contracts
- Experience of developing relationships with contract providers and leading service review meetings
- Experience of managing quality assurance in a service contract context, including setting, monitoring and achieving KPIs, and holding providers to account
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Good interpersonal skills, and the ability to communicate with key stakeholders

The Details
Salary: c. £40,000 dependant on experience
Hours of work: Ideally, we are looking for a full-time candidate (36 hours per week, 52 weeks per year). However, as a flexible employer, we are interested in hearing from any applicants that feel that this could be the right opportunity.
