This is an excellent career opportunity to join our Extended Senior Leadership and our whole school Raising Standards teams. Your role will be a whole school role, but with a particular focus on supporting our Faculty Leader to improve outcomes in Science.
The successful candidate will observe teaching across the school and use this information to lead and support colleagues to improve their professional practice.
We are a school that has developed a strong coaching methodology to drive improvement. You will need to be a highly skilled coach and be expected to support leaders from across the school.
We have embedded the Rosenshine Principles to inform our teaching and we are now launching the use of ‘WalkThrus’ to extend the range of practice in our staffroom. What you will bring is a wealth of experience and knowledge from your own teaching and leadership in schools.
Our leaders are using the RSL role to springboard into senior leadership. With 41 schools within the GLF Trust the opportunities are significant.
